DIRECTIONS 

For best results, take 1-2 ml of Tight preferably on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before physical activity every day for at least 25 days minimum.

For best long-term results, this product can be used for up to 90 days before a break should be taken to prevent the body from adapting to the product. A break of at least 1-2 weeks is recommended before resuming the product again.
