Our products are designed for oral administration. The typical dosage is 1ml - 2ml per day which can be measured with the glass measured pipette that comes with the product.

There is no need to keep the liquid under the tongue as all our products boast high bioavailability.

The suggested dose for females and males is 1.0ml up to 2.0ml per day, preferably on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before physical activity every day for at least 25 days minimum.

We suggest taking our products before a workout or in the morning on rest days, ideally on an empty or partially empty stomach.

We suggest consuming the product(s) approximately 30 - 45 minutes before a workout and around the same daily time on rest days.
