HOW DOES IT WORK

B12 does not directly provide energy however it gives the body the required nutrient to convert food into energy. With low levels of B12 the body is required to pull energy from the body to try and convert food to energy, by supplementing with B12 you take this added load off the body allowing more energy to be utilised for daily activities. 

Alpha-GPC and Huperzine A are excellent for the brain and nervous system. Alpha-GPC is an enhancer of acetylcholine which is a key component for mental alertness, while Huperzine A is linked to the increased release of "happy neurotransmitters" dopamine and serotonin. These specific neurotransmitters can assist one in maintaining a positive outlook while in a mentally alert and energised state.

B12 Methylcobalamin 2000mcg, Alpha GPC 400mg, Huperzine A 500mcg, Green Coffee extract  - 200mg, Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract) 10mg, MCT oil, Ethyl alcohol, glycol, anticaking agent (433), emulsifier (322), stevia, natural mint flavour

DIRECTIONS 

For best results, take 1-2 ml of Rise preferably on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before physical activity every day for at least 25 days minimum.

For best long-term results, this product can be used for up to 90 days before a break should be taken to prevent the body from adapting to the product. A break of at least 1-2 weeks is recommended before resuming the product again.
