WHAT IS HARD? 

Hard is a muscle hardening liquid matrix designed to tighten and tone existing muscle. Our focus in formulating the Hard liquid matrix was to maintain the hard earned muscle by utilising a combination of oxidative stress reducing herbs and compounds and enhancing blood flow and vasodilation for optimum nutrient delivery to the muscles. 

HOW DOES IT WORK

KSM-66 is a full-spectrum Ashwagandha extract where in studies over 60 days of chronically stressed adults there was a 27.9% reduction in serum cortisol levels. Cortisol is the hormone released when the body is placed under stress such as physical exercise stress. By regulating cortisol levels with KSM-66 less muscle will possibly undergo atrophy or muscle wastage post-exercise. 

L-arginine and therobroma the active ingredient inn Cacao extract work as anti-oxidant compounds to help reduce the amount of free-radicals circulating in the blood as well as opening up blood vessels so more nutrients and blood can enter the muscle, helping to maintain muscle tone. 

INGREDIENTS

Epicatechins 350, Green Tea (Camellia sinuses leaf) extract 350, L-Arginine HCI 250mg, KSM-66® (full-spectrum Ashwagandha extract, standardized for 5% withanolides) 350mg, Cocoa Extract 100mg, MCT oil, Ethyl alcohol, glycol, anticaking agent (433), emulsifier (322), stevia, natural mint flavour

DIRECTIONS 

For best results, take 1-2 ml of Hard preferably on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before physical activity every day for at least 25 days minimum.

For best long-term results, this product can be used for up to 90 days before a break should be taken to prevent the body from adapting to the product. A break of at least 1-2 weeks is recommended before resuming the product again.
